What is the first step in hiring Jim Machak as my trainer?
The first step in hiring me as your trainer is to read/understand our disclaimer.
If you agree with all terms and conditions you can then pay via Paypal,
cashier's check, or money order. Before you purchase a plan if you have any
questions about our programs please send me an e-mail. After I answer your
questions and/or receive payment I will send you an important questionairre
and then we can get started. Again you do not have to be a bodybuilder to
receive a plan. Because everyone is different my prices are not set in stone.
I can work with anyone interested in getting healthy! If you have a special
program in mind that is different from the programs we offer please e-mail
me, thank you.
If I hire Jim Machak as my trainer for the final 12 weeks before my
contest, what does it include? Do I just get one program e-mailed to
me and that is it?
NO....when you hire me as your trainer I am yours to send and ask as much
information as you want to for the period of time you hired me. I will take care
of all of your precontest and/or offseason diet, training, and supplementation
advice right down to how you should apply your tan and pump up backstage.
There is no set schedule, etc. Everyone is different and has different needs,
and that is why it is my job to get YOU in the best shape of your life carrying as
much muscle as possible.
For example, at 16 weeks out from a show you decide to hire me I will only
charge you for a 12 week program even if we chat for a month before that. I
will send you a basic questionnairre so that I have an understanding about
what your training, eating, supplementation, and sleeping habits have been
like and what experience you have so I can get a better understanding of what
your body has been through the few months prior to you hiring me. So by all
means if you are in between 12 and 24 weeks, 8 and 12 weeks, etc. out from a
show, shoot me an e-mail and chances are I'll just charge you for the less
expensive program. People have hired me from less than one week out to a
full year out. Everyone is different and that what is nice about my services...
nothing is set in stone.
How do I pay for your services?
You can use a credit card via paypal for any of Jim's programs. You can also pay
by cashier's check or money order by e-mailing Jim. If you feel you need
a special program that is a different price e-mail Jim to agree on a price.
Can you put me on your site?
I am 100% confidential with my services so I do not post any pics, comments, or
even testimonials of any clients. If you want to refer me to another competitor and
they purchase a 12 week plan or more from me and state you as a referral I
will send you $25.
