I have been competing in NPC bodybuilding since winning the Mr. High School Colorado in 1995. I am also a NPC Judge. I have helped hundreds of others prepare and place in NPC/IFBB shows and thousands of people lose weight and get healthy over the past 25 years. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Sports Nutritionist. More so than anything else, having years of experience in bodybuilding and personal training has taught me more than any seminar or class that I have attended. I opened Achieve Fitness in December of 2019, a hardcore gym in Pueblo, Colorado. I now no longer personal train online. If you ever visit the Colorado area come check out my gym!

2013 NPC MID-USA Championships: 2nd Place Light Heavyweight
2013 NPC Masters Nationals Championships: 11th Place Light Heavyweight
2013 NPC Jay Cutler Classic: 1st Place Lightheavyweight and OVERALL BODYBUILDING CHAMPION
2016: NPC Masters Nationals Championships: 9th Place Classic B Class
2017 NPC Universe Championships: 3rd Place Classic B Class
2018: 3 Hernias, took 9th at the NPC Universe then had a successful surgery
2019: NPC Universe Championships: 4th Place Classic B Class
2020: NPC Universe: 3rd Place Classic Physique Class B Class
2021: NPC Masters Nationals: 2nd Place 40+ Classic Physique Class B Class
2022: NPC Universe: 2nd Place in both 35+ and 40+ Class B Classic Physique
2022: NPC Masters Nationals: 1st Place and new IFBB PRO in 35+ Classic Physique Class B!
2022: IFBB World Championships: Classic Physique 8th Place
